School of Saint Mary Advisory Council

The School Advisory Council's (SAC) dedicated purpose, as faith-filled stewards drawing upon diverse knowledge and talents, is to passionately lead and promote an affordable Catholic education for every parish child, today and tomorrow, in a loving, nurturing environment where every child grows daily to lead lives enriched by their Catholic faith.

The School Advisory Council is established to promote, advise and sustain a strong and vibrant Catholic school ministry at the Church of St. Mary.  The Council is co-sponsored by the pastor of the Church of St. Mary and principal of the School of St. Mary.  The Council works in collaboration with the pastor, the principal, the parish and school staffs, school parents, lay leaders and parishioners in order to meet our goals.

The SAC meets monthly, and solicits agenda discussion tiems from the school population through the FYI.  If you have a question about the council's function at St. Mary, or an item for discussion, please email SAC chair Aimee Mehl (aimeemehl@sbcglobal.net).
